We will send you a tracking number via email within once we have created a shipping label for your order.

If you didn’t receive a tracking number from us within the expected window, please contact our support team.

You will also be able to click the "track my order" tab on our web menu to see the status of your package.

Yes, we ship our one of a kind products worldwide.

US Shipping Time Estimates

All shoes are custom made upon order and can take 4-6 Weeks in Production.

If you are located outside of the United States, please plan on 1-3 weeks of Shipment

 We ship all domestic orders priority through USPS and international orders through DHL.

** This does not include production time**

If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 3 hours, a refund will be issued for the out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out immediately. 

Wrong or invalid shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification!

If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify the order is not fraud.

Please note that all shoes are custom made upon order.

Once a tracking number and shipping label are created the shoes will then go through production.

When they are complete USPS will pick up the shoes and the tracking number will begin to update.

International Shipping 2-3 Weeks

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135.

Passport Shipping will also be the seller for orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

We do our best to get all clothes and accessory orders shipped as soon as possible.

Once shipped it should take 3-5 days to arrive.

**Please Note that if your order consists of shoes and clothes, your order will be shipped once the shoes are done with production. We do not ship items separately, but all together** 

We will do our best to update an address upon a customers request.  Please know that once the order is placed in production it can be extremely difficult to pull the order from production and update the address.

If that is the case we will proceed to ship the order with the initial address the customer provided. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.


Each individual pair is handcrafted upon order

Due to the nature of our custom shoes the only returns or exchanges we accept are on apparel and accessories. To maintain health and safety standards for our employees, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. All custom shoes are final sale. However, apparel and accessories can be returned or exchanged.

If there is a defect with the item when it arrives, we will have a photo emailed to us. Management will then determine whether or not to have it shipped back to us and make the adjustment. 

Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes, we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it may not be possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order has not shipped out yet when you contact us we can make the change for you but its not recommended.

All shoes are custom made upon order in why we do not do any returns or exchanges in regards to the custom shoes.

We customize the shoes in the size and style that was ordered by the customer.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us which is why we make sure to follow the highest of industry standards to ensure your personal information remains secure when you make a purchase through our site.

We do this by encrypting credit card information through a secure socket layer (SSL), which is used across the internet for securely processing data. Once the transaction is complete, we do not store your credit card information, as it is used only for completing a purchase.

Unfortunately when there is a sale going on, all our designs/products are at a discounted price.

You won't be able to apply a discount code on-top of an already discounted item.

You can hold onto the discount code and use it at another time.

Every Shoe is custom made upon order.

When an order is placed we then order the shoes from our vendors the next day.

There is a 24 hour window for us to cancel your order. After that we unfortunately cannot cancel the order once production of the shoe has started.

If the order is clothing or accessories and it has not been shipped out yet, we will be able to cancel it.

Once an order has been shipped, after 30-Days we do not have any shoes sent back to us for correction.


We cannot control the wear and tear of the shoes after 30-Days of a customer having them in their possession.
