Online Returns Policy


Each individual shoe is HANDCRAFTED and made to order! DRIPZ does not accept returns on custom shoes and apparel.


Cancelation Policy 

Orders placed on handcrafted items are final sale. To cancel an order, please reach out to us within 24 hours atwecare@dripz.com.Once production on our handcrafted items begins, the order can not be canceled or exchanged. 


Damaged Items 

Have a problem with your order? Or a product is delivered damaged. Send us a photo and it will be addressed in 1 business day. From there our management team will be more than happy to determine if an item should be shipped back to us. You will have the option for a full refund or store credit. 


Wrong and Incomplete Orders 

Drip Creationz firstly apologizes deeply for any wrong or incomplete orders. Please let us know by email at wecare@dripz.com within the first 48 hours of delivery, so we can make things right. Please attach order info and any photos in the email. We will send out the missing items or resend the order when necessary. 


Returns or Exchanges 

Due to the nature of our products* the only returns or exchanges we accept are on apparel and accessories. Custom shoes are final sale. To maintain health and safety standards for our employees, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
