Here at DRIPZ we use a specialized software to ensure that all customers input their shipping address correctly. The software will offer a suggested shipping address or will have you approve and proceed with the original address provided.
If the wrong address is imputed and you need a correction please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours so we fix it for you.
If the wrong address wasn’t caught on time, and the package gets sent back to us, that's ok. As soon as it gets back to us we’ll send you a new shipping invoice with a new address form. This is so we can get your order back to you as soon as possible.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken/damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend that you use Route+ Protection at checkout since weunfortunately can not protect or be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipment.
Once shipping carrier has received product and it has not moved, customer must file claim with Route within 30 days.

** Claims for packages marked as “delivered must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked “delivered”. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not delivered) must be filed after 5 days within 30 days from the last status update.
